Internship assignment and graduation application
The Internship
The Bachelorβs degree program includes an internship defended as the final exam during the graduation session.
The internship:
At the end of the internship, the student must write an internship report and send it via email to the Educational Affairs Office.

- 105 days: Request the internship assignment.
The internship must be assigned at least 105 days before the graduation session, regardless of its type.
All the templates needed for the internship assignment can be found in the attachments on the right and must be uploaded (in PDF format) using the following Google form: https://goo.gl/forms/kzYh7zgvCvKHFnyA2 .
The period between the internship assignment and the submission of the internship report must be at least three months (90 days).
During this period, the graduating student must complete the internship report, written under the supervision of the Internal Internship Supervisor.
The remaining days are dedicated to graduation deadlines.
The graduating student must submit the application through the INFOSTUD 2.0 system 30 days before graduation, as indicated in the I3S faculty calendar for each academic year, available at https://i3s.web.uniroma1.it/en/programme-calendar .

Notice: any request about the graduation application procedure and the academic career must be forwarded to the Information Engineering, Computer Science and Statistics Student Office, following the details found at https://www.uniroma1.it/en/pagina/information-engineering-computer-science-and-statistics-student-office .
The graduation application will be acknowledged by the Internal Supervisor, right after the deadline of the I3S faculty calendar.
The Educational Affairs Office will send an email with all the details of the following steps for the graduation process.
-15 days-approx: Send the internship report by email to the Educational Affairs Office, segr.didattica@di.uniroma1.it.
The internship report must not be uploaded to Infostud, but attached as a reply to the email received by the Educational Affairs Office.
The final internship report must be saved in a PDF file with the cover page signed by the graduating student and the Internal Supervisor. The PDF file must be named as follows:
For each graduation session, the deadlines for sending the internship report to the Educational Affairs Office are indicated in the calendar on the Graduation page.
- 7/5 days: Book the final exam and test your PC.
Near the graduation session, at least 5 days in advance, the Educational Affairs Office will publish the agenda of the graduation session, with details about the place and time.
Each admitted student must book the final exam on the Infostud platform like any other exam. This final exam corresponds to the discussion of the final report to be taken in the graduation session. The final exam is opened by the course president.
Graduating students will be contacted by technician Paolo Fontana (fontana@di.uniroma1.it) for a test of the presentation with the room appliances.
On the day of the graduation session
At the graduation session, the student will discuss the internship report with a subcommittee, according to the graduation session schedule.
