Tutoring
Faculty tutor
Newly enrolled students are supported by a Faculty tutor, assigned by the Orientation and Tutoring Committee and communicated to students via email by the Academic Office.
The Faculty tutor:
  • helps students identify and overcome any academic or methodological difficulties, assessing together any gaps in prior knowledge;
  • provides guidance in planning and organizing the study path;
  • promotes the development of effective study skills and strategies;
  • offers information about the opportunities available at the University (scholarships, international mobility, internships, excellence programs).
Meetings are held periodically, according to a schedule agreed at the beginning of the program or based on the needs of the students throughout their studies.

Peer Tutoring Activities
Disciplinary tutoring activities, aimed at enhancing disciplinary learning are offered by the Faculty through student collaboration grants. The Study Program supervises the organization of activities carried out by the selected tutors, assigning them to first- and second-year courses.
Tutoring activities are typically conducted through weekly meetings, during which peer tutors propose exercises, oversee students’ work—including organizing small groups—and provide support in understanding the course content, demonstrating the correct methods for solving exercises.
Lessons, exams, final test
The faculty academic calendar, which defines the periods for lectures, exams, and final assessments, will be useful to you:
