The Sapienza Career Service supports students and graduates in the crucial phase of transition from university to the world of work, offering a wide range of services, including:
Career guidance and job placement activities are organized directly by the Career Service, by Faculties and other university structures, or in collaboration with companies, public and private organizations, and professional associations.
Career orientation initiatives include seminars, workshops, and thematic events on employability, transversal skills, and career management (e.g., soft skills, CV writing, active job search strategies, video résumés, use of social networks, Employability Labs, etc.).
To facilitate interaction between students and employers, the university organizes Recruiting Days, Career Days, Testimonial Days, company presentations, company visits, assessment sessions, business games, mentoring programs, and other placement-related activities, including initiatives involving Alumni and corporate mentorships. These events can take place both online and in person, with the aim of connecting candidates to the most suitable professional opportunities offered by companies.
